How do I repair polished lips

I have my adr cyphers for about a year now and on one wheel the film or wax is starting to come off. Does anyone know how to fix this?

If you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself.

is it just the clear protective layer that is peeling?
got a pic of the spot?

Yea, there's a whole bunch of them. I notice it today when I was cleaning my car. I'll post some pics tonight.
