How much to fill in license plate holes?

Im planning on having my front License Plate relocated to the bottom grill area of the bumper. How much would it be to have the holes filled in and the front bumper repainted???

Thanks guys.

I've been quoted around $300 to paint a front bumper on a celica, but then again this place is expensive..
