if you pull that center console off, you can run the wire back behind it and thru the little slot by the storage compartment hinge. That would be one way to hide the wires. thumbsup

I liked your idea a lot Dan, with the cellphone holder, but I haven't been able to find any cell phone holders like it. Verizon store didn't have one, some i'm gonna try other places. You probably got yours on ebay, but anyone know where I can get a regular one. Don't say Ebay.

what you really might wanna consider doing (im still contemplating on how to get this set up) BUT, if you want perfect sound, set it up so that it is wired through the ipod dock connector (so you dont have to worry about the volume changer messing with the clearness of the sound). thats my problem with mine right now is i have the one speaker line but it sounds absolutely horrible bass and stuff when you try to turn it up. but see if there is a way you could fabricate the dock connector to fit right in there so you could just sit the ipod in and it would start playing.

Well, I am going to buy an Alpine CD deck with an adapter ($100) that Alpine makes to control the ipod from the CD headunit. I temporary installed my ipod holder up there, but once I get my adapter I will probably have to mount the ipod somewhere else.

Its cool. I found this old cell phone holder adaptor thing my aunt got me for christmas 3 years ago. I cut everything off of it and use it as a phone holder. Its really neat, i'll take a pic of it sometime. Looks like yours, except not Carbon Fiber.
