Commpression question. PSI not 11.5/1

I am going to be buying a Celica soon. I would like to know what is the PSI compression on all four cylinders of a GTS (2zz).

2zzge : 203 psi
minimum : 145 psi
16 psi or less between each cylinder.

I thought it was higher then that.
220 for the max
160 for the low
and no more then 15 psi difference between each cylinder
