I have a set of wheels in mind but they are silver with a polished tip. I would prefer a gloos black wheel with a polished tip tho. So my question is would it be easy to paint those wheels gloss black like it came straight from the manufacture? Easy as in Easy to find the gloss black paint or do I have to just put LAYERS of clear coat after I put Layers of the black paint?
And what kind of paint would you recommend?
Also would 19's look good and fit well on a celica or is it too big?

IMO 19's are pretty big, I have 18's right now and I think it's perfect. But to answer the question about the painting, rims are a touchy issue when it comes to painting. You can't just paint it like that because with enough driving it'll start peeling and chipping off and it's gonna looks shitty. The only way to get the true glossy black look on your rims and do it the right way is getting them powdercoated. I know this because I got mine powdercoated. I love it.
