Ported stock header

did it in class took about 2 hours, pretty easy the die grinder was slow at cutting so there is no messing up. here are some pix
(i notice the hiss coming from the header so i would say the low end power is there)

how long did it take you total, including taking the header off...porting it...and putting it back on?

That was a great idea! Thanks for sharing!

Porting causes the walls to have no deviations, so the flow is increased. It's all about the flow man! The Whistles Go Whoo! rofl

if you look at the first pix you can see how the walls of it are huge, and pretty much fucks up the air flow. its not hard by the way, anyone should do it. thumbsup

you might want to smooth out your porting a bit, you can definitely see where you stoped porting and the metal is sticking out. That might have a bit of effect on your porting mod. But good job on the port for just doing it yourself.
