how would i know if i have an 8 speaker system or just the 6 in my 2000 gts?

Check to see if you have an amp behind your glove compartment or check your door speakers to see if you have two speakers stacked ontop of each other.

didt even knwo you coudl ahve 8 speakers. i ahve 04 gts JBL systme. anyone know if its 6 or 8? think its 6. front back and tweeters.

it's prolly 8 if you paid for it. Front tweeters, back speakers, then the door speakers are layered one low and one mid on top of each other, take off the door panel and you'll see what I mean.

if you have the jbl emblem anywhere you have the 8
