should i disconnect the battery first? and the wire to cut is a yellow wire with a green stripe, right?

You are correct on the wire. You don't have to disconnect the battery.

This will disable the DRL and the auto-on feature.

it is suggested that you always disconnect the battery before doing anything elctrical on ur car. i did at 1st, then said f it was too lazy. after blowing a few fuzes fomr tuching a fire to metal i am more careful and unplug the battery thumbsup

just disconnect the ground. If it's not grounded, you're golden. (that's the black one)

yea i jsut take off the black thumbsup but i was pissed to find out ym clock was reset and i lsot all my radio stations rofl
