i am putting my tien s-techs in and the springs have a brown plastic piece on them. it seems to be part of the spring. i can't move it. but it has a slit in it and i think i can pop it off. i got these used, so this was already on it. could someone tell me where exactly it's supposed to be postioned. i mean how far up or down the spring is it supposed to be place. right now i think it's like towards the top (second coil from the top). thnx and plz, if you know answer so i can finish this up. my car is on jack stands right now. thnx
