Is the authentic one worth buying? Some say that the fitment for that one is not so perfect either. Both are fiberglass right??? I was planning on getting the authentic, but if fitment aint perfect why spend that kind of money on it? grin

the fitment of the authentic will be way easier to fix if any fitment issues at all. and authentic ones usually have warranty on them and better type of fiberglass. nice knowing you have the real deal and not just a knockoff

I think the real one is going to cost you about 1grand more. so I'd say it'd be worth it as long as it takes less than 1000 dollars worth of body work to get it to fit right. then just tell everyone it's authentic. materials for body work are pretty cheap so it'd be mostly labor at about 50 dollars an hour so as long as it doesn't take 20+ hours of extra body work you should be all set.

you can be our test dummy. go ahead and get it. then that way you can tell us how it comes out. if its crappy then it will save everybody else time and money!!!!!!!! good luck though. if it comes out good then that's awesome, but if it doesn't then, "We told you so" thumbsup

Yah right, I was getting the authentic anyway, smile I was just wondering if the fitment wouldnt match perfectly. grin Also just wanted to know if anyone got this. But, when it comes to bodykits, I would only buy authentic thumbsup

i bought an ebay kit for my prelude and i had no problems with the kit. it fit perfectly without any gaps, the kit didn't even have any imperfections or cracks in it. which truely suprised me because i was expecting to have to do some major fiberglass work but for once i got lucky i guess.
