Actually, yes, some other members have had problems like this. I haven't, but here's one link to a similar thread awhile back, but I'm not sure anyone found out if the guys problem got fixed though:

This is just an educated guess, but I think somehow the change in the vapor pressure in the tank when you fill it affects the ECU. There is a CEL (check engine light) code for an improperly sealed fuel tank, so it could affect the ECU in other ways as well. I'd try running some fuel injector cleaner through the tank, and maybe resetting the ECU. To reset the ECU, look in the owners manual for the fuse block diagrams, and pull the ECU fuse. Wait a little while (maybe a minute or so), and put the fuse back in. That should put all the settings back to initial values. Or you can disconnect the battery and leave it disconnected for about 20 minutes (not sure how long actually). Doing this will mean you have to reset all your setting in the car stereo, however.

Try sending a message to renfield90; I think he had a problem like yours some time ago. Maybe someone else can post here about this; there are people who have experienced it.

My problem wasn't exactly like this (it's unrelated to filling gas), but I've heard of this before in other people's cars.

Do a search for this, because there are several threads on it. Make sure your gas cap is tight (turn it until it clicks 2-3 times), I believe that has solved some people's problems.
