hey guys i got my trd springs from one of the moderators at nc.org. paid 140 shipped (though shiping was 21.61, realatively they were only 119). thumbsup i just picked them up and they are right below my office desk. can't wait to install them. i'll give a review saturday when i get my 75K service done and get my springs installed at autohaus or brs tuning...i'm still undecided as to where i should get them installed. i just hope the driving and look of the car outweighs the constant lookout for scrapping, potholes, and other common negatives on lowering the car. just hope my stock bumber is high enough to clear most dips and slopes... confused

i dunno. i would think so since it's only 1.2 inch drop but i hear people with stock bodies scaping, bottming out, etc., etc. so i'll try to be extra careful. confused

I'm sure it's possible to bottom out with a stock body AND stock springs, but it's very unlikely if you use common sense.

I put my coilovers on myself, its really not that hard, Save yourself a whole lot of money, You will just need to take it somewhere to get it aligned properly.

Good luck no matter which way you go!!! thumbsup

hey guys i got my trd springs installed at BRS. let me just say that they were awesome. they charged me 100 flat for the install but could have charged me only 65 is i took my trunk plastics out in advance. i was being a lazy ass so i didn't. anyway mike at brs installed that and since i bought the trds used they were pretty much settled the next day. my verdict is that they sank lower (just a bit) lower than expected. definately more than an inch about 3 to 3.5 finger gap from the tire. it does look lowered and since i am not into really dropped cars this "conservative" look was just right for me. i wasn't expecting great performancef rom the springs but..WOW eek along with my apr felx bar i was doin' corners with little body roll. again since i do not race and use my celi for street only this was good enough for me. the ride was a little rougher than stock but it is still comfortable. i'll try to post pics asap. but i would have to give the springs a big thumps up thumbsup for looks AND (street) performance. i liked them so much that i found myself laughing when doing turns...weird huh? rice

so 140 used shipped trd springs
100 for install
30 for alignment= 270 worth whle mod cash spent grin
