need help wit low redline

I just purchased a stock 93 celica gts with a 94 gt engine swap the car is in exellent condition except it redlines at about 5200rpm. i would like to know what i could do to extend my redline?

if its an auto you need a computer to do it, if its a manual you just need to take off the rev limiter if it has one, if not just don't shift as early.
