Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior 2000, 2001?

These seem to be my choices for a new celica I am looking at either a 2000 celica gts or a 2001 celica gt...all things considered which one would be a better car? i heard 2000's had problems???what kind...if any...

2000 didn't really have 'major' problems. i believe more like bugs...being the car's first yr. the 00 gts would be way faster than any yr gt. the rev limiter is set at the OG 8400 rpm so you don't have to worry about pinging at 7800 like the 02. the only thing i can really find pos about a gt is, it is easier to turbo...oh and it's cheaper too...
