hi im just got back from driving on the beltway and this little rock hit my car and cause a few small rock chips on my car . so i use touch up paint to fill it up . but after i paint my car the paint sinks in and i can still see the small chips.its like little holes. do any of you know if theres something i can use maybe to fill in the little chips . this way it will be leveled. then i will paint them with touch up paint. confused

yea you cant fill up the chip in just one try, you have to do it little by little everyday

get it redone...
as in an auto restoration service to repaint it...
it won't be too much.

I know how ya feel, I was driving on an interstate one day and a big construction truck cut me off then a bunch of shit started flying off his truck and hit me, noe I got like 2 or 3 small paint chips. I was furious, my car wasen't more than a month old when it happened angry angry angry

thanks i will check it out . sorry to hear you guys have the same problems too. maybe we can all figure how to solve these chips on our cars. smile

yep . i agree. cool it will mess up your car, but sometimes its going to happen in places like road construction sites too.

Paint chips are the bane of my existance. I drive 60 miles a day to/from work, all highway. I got so tired of paint chips that I bought one of the vinyl front end masks from Toyota. Of course, this ruins any thoughts of a body kit, but it would take a lot of time to keep up with paint chips on a new body kit. frown

It's a sacrifice I have to make... I'll just have to rely on other mods to tweak the appearance of my car.
