They are Volk AV 3, old heads should remember them, they were out in the mid 90's. Konig Monsoons are copies of them. Unless they are Monsoons.The lip looks highly polished & the center cap (the Volk was white w/ gold letters, the Konigs was silver on silver). That's why I say Volk. Konigs have a dull look to them. Both are out of production.
