What size do i need for these? are they any good? better than yellow top?

they dont make one that fits - you need to get one thats close, and put a piece of wood underneith it so that its high enough to be mounted - its not easy to make it look pretty... you'll see when you install it

Its totally woth the money to get one - I left my car out all night when it was -45 and colder, - a bunch of times in fact, and my car started everytime. (my celica was baught in Calgary, so the dealer didn't install a block heater. Its standard equipment where I live cause its so freekin cold)

i think for both the red and yellow top the number is 34/78 thumbsup

believe me its not short you just adjust your cables a bit and it will fit fine. Because mine does.

The cables is held by a clip so when you take that out it will stretch i have a red top!

yea unclip the cables so you get more slack
and get the right sized piece of wood to sit under it

I believe when you buy optima battery they come with their own battery holder that you can use!

or go to autozone and buy replacement battery rods
they have them shorter, same design...so it accomodates the smaller battery, the threading goes down further.

Mine actually died, but I think Pep Boys just sells bad ones and doesn't maintain them. Don't buy from Pep Boys. went with another brand and have been fine so it's not my alternator.

yellow top is if you have a system
red top is for starter
