Well, i think is time to clean the filter of the intake but i was wondering if it is okay to clean the aem filter with a k&n cleaning kit. I just wonder because i have one already but i have not used it yet.

If i have to buy the aem cleaning kit then thats what i will do.

Does someone knows if this makes a difference??

Thanks

There should be no problem. So, yes you can use your K&N recharger kit with it.

Don't go overboard spraying the filter with the K&N Oil. Use it very sparingly and let it dry a bit before putting it back on the car, otherwise you'll screw up the MAF sensor.
