Time to clean the AEM filter.
Well, i think is time to clean the filter of the Intake but i was wondering if it is okay to clean the AEM filter with a k&n cleaning kit. I just wonder because i have one already but i have not used it yet.

If i have to buy the AEM cleaning kit then thats what i will do.

Does someone knows if this makes a difference??

Thanks

There should be no problem. So, yes you can use your K&N recharger kit with it.

it's probably about time for me to do this maint too. can you tell any difference? like maybe that the sucking sound when you punch it would be louder?

Don't go overboard spraying the filter with the K&N Oil. Use it very sparingly and let it dry a bit before putting it back on the car, otherwise you'll screw up the MAF sensor.
