You're confused, you're thinking about the power fc, hes talking about the safc. The power fc doesnt work with dbw. However the safc doesn't work with any of the year celicas. Some argue it does work and their butt dyno tells them it gave them power. However it has been proven that the celica ecu overrides anything you adjust with the safc overtime. Lots of people have used the safc and dynoed, then dynoed again a couple weeks later and their changes were overridden. If you want a cheap piggyback that works, get the greddy emanage, you can even get one preprogrammed for basic bolt ons by MWR, its $320 for the emanage by itself and $370 with it preprogrammed by MWR.
