are you sure your timing it right aka you take your foot off completely before you press clutch?

My Car does the same thing. first i thought it was the clutch going bad but its not. i beleive its probably has something to do with inertia of the flywheel.. but not sure.

hmmmm...you go off the gas on shifts right?...like is normally done just cruising? maybe you are disengaging your clutch faster than you are letting off the gas. could be timing. This certainly doesn't happen to me esp since I have a lw fw and when I let off the gas my rpms want to drop fast.

I get my kicks on EC.

I do it and so does the rest of my family, which most are truck drivers. i mean you save the clutch and less stress on the engine i guess.
