Has anyone ever heard of Karspeed.com? They deal mainly with Celicas. I was just wondering if their parts are worth buying?

they have some good parts but the you can find cheaper elsewhere with even more variety

I purchased a pair of rotors from them and they were almost $400. I opened the package, one their too big and will not fit the stock hub, and two they were supposed to be cross drilled but I got slotted instead. I've tried to write the guy back 4 times to get a refund but he will not respond back. Anything I can do to get my money back?
