CRAZYJ--->a auto repair guide estimated the install time at 'round five hours for the hatch. special note 'bout the hatch: no more rear wiper.
currently there is problems with the shop mounting the spoiler. they are not going to mount it due to what you can see by the following pictures. i believe that this is 'cause they pre-assembled the wing instead of mounting the endcaps first then attaching the center piece.
XMANGT1--->'bout the price for that hatch ($450)... i usually buy a bunch of parts at a time totaling thousands so i get decent prices. you think i got a deal on the hatch, but check out my rims. they retail for like $1200 at least but i got them for $580. two of them sat on the showroom floor 'cause they were the wrong offset for i think an rx7. i purchased the next two for wholesale (i think). the shop owed me a favor for having to wait so freakin' long for my trunk.
CYCOCELICA--->pm me 'bout possible troubles or issues with durability, thanks.
TOYOTALUVER--->lexan i think costs more than the actual trunk itself (well, my cost at least). i did look into it but i think i was quoted maybe 'round $600 (can't remember if that number is accurate but it was steep enough for me to say no).
QBANPREPSTER21--->don't really understand your off-topic question. concerning the fender flares i originally wanted the brs ones but they were unavailable at the time. the only ones available were the black widow ones. the front ones fit and could be molded fine but the rears needed the black widow sideskirts & blackwidow bumper, either that or fiberglass body components to fade it. i went with the wingswest kit so the rear flare is just over the top of the arch. my car is choppy, as is the vis invader Hood
, the wingswest angles, and the celica's angles overall.
CELIWHITE--->the vis invader Hood
fits perfect and is awesome looking. you're my celi-twin, just wondering if you're going to kit with wingswest.
