Hi just recently my running lights do not turn off when i turn off my car... it used to turn off sometimes 5 minutes after i shut off the engine... and now it has been about 8 hrs... i tried restarting and then turning off... but they do not turn off... any suggestions? thank you

hmm, I disconnected my daytime running lights ever since i replaced my stock highbeams to PIAA's, if you really need them off because you dont want to drain the battery, just snip the wire in the center console and tape'm off with electric tape...they can be reconnected later after you figure out what is wrong, check the installs section for the guide on how to disable ur drl's

do you have a alarm or keyless aftermarket becasue mine always tunr off right away. If thats the case sounds like there is somehting with your alarm

i have the standard alarm system that came with the car... so it may be an alarm problem?

maybe. if its stock alarm then get toyota to check it out. hopefully your car is sitll under warrenty
