How do you remove Bluebatmobile overlays?

My car failed inspection due to me having overlays on my tails. What is the best way to remove the bluebatmoble overlays?

Thx

heat em up good
those suckers stick really well, which makes his products so good smile
if it leaves any residue, just use some kinda goof off crap or spot remover.
