no you cant buy a new bulb. the 04 clocks have an orange plastic piece on the front. the green ones had a clear plastic cover so you coudl use filter to change the covers. I searched for clock and saw an old post of yours.

hold on, is the orange plastic outside exposed, is it the plastic with the seatbelt guy on it or is there another plastic with the seatbelt guy infront?

yea the actual plastic is orange infornt of hte clock, bnut i belive its clear infornt of the seatbelt guy "Bob Dole" wink. Which is why the green clocsk coudl be changed, they are clear and have green leds.
