I have a question on what is the best motor oil and Trans fluid to use for a 01 GT 5spd.

Which ever brand you prefer. I'd go with higher name brands. I personnally use castrol gtx. works good

oh yah, since where talkin about motor oil, whats the number for a Mobil Oil Filter, is it 108 or 103, i forgot!, i use castrol by the way...

Pretty much any name brand will get the job done. Unless you're running boost or high compression, you'll be fine with the stuff they have in the stores. I can't remember the weight of oil used in our cars, i'll look it up.
