I am thinking I might need a new cat. Will this fit our cars and if so which one? http://www.car-sound.com/catalog/universal/430.aspx

yea..they fit. get 2.25" piping if you have ur stock exhaust system. 2.5" if you have a TRUE cat-back exhaust (i.e. if you have kazuma). if you have a custom true-cat back, then get the appropriate piping size.

ebay has those (in all sizes) for about $55 shipped.

I have the trd exhaust so it would still be 2.25" right? Thanks for the heads up on ebay that is a not bad at all. If the trd supercharger is causing my cat to go because of increased temperatures, do you think this type of cat will prevent any future damage to the cat or do you think it will eventually go as well?

yea..the regular trd exhaust is actually an axle back (it doesnt connect from where the cat is) so the original 2.25" piping applies.

and i'm not sure about supercharging applications..but the magnaflow cat is a better cat than the stock one, might want to talk to someone who is f/i for more info though..i really can't help you there.
