just gotta do it carefully. use a hair dryer to help bend certain areas or if you mess up.

have your car sit out in the sun for awhile so its all nice and warm place the dash parts in the sun too... make sure place where you stick them that the dash is clean too of any oils to allow for proper adhesion

Clean the area with cloth and rubbing alcohol.
Do a dry fit of all the parts to make sure the kit will work...so you don't put on half the kit and find that the other half won't fit.
For mine, I used painter's tape over the entire piece except a small corner to hold it in place. I peeled it off at that corner and set it down, then carefully removed a piece of tape at a time and put the adhesive down more and more. Another reason for painter's tape is if fitment isn't perfect, you can get the kit to stretch a bit into position, and use the tape to hold it there.
Good luck, take your time, and post pics when your done.

it seems that the 3M thin cover is hard to pull of the kit. should i heat up the kit and then place it or would it be fine without heating up? so im gonna take off my whole center console and do it at home. is there ANYWAY i can move it around if i lightly applied the kit on the board? wish me luck, ill do the work 2morrow.

Yea all i can say is dryfit it 1st so you knwo ehre to lay it. take off alitel piece of the red backing and apply jsut that part to line it up right. when its on slowly lull off more and mroe of the rewd stuff till that whole piuece is on. Just take your time si all i can say some parts may nto stick right so waht you need to do is jsut hold them in place for liek 5 min. things like the ashtray cover, sjti hold ur finger int eh curved part to keep its shape for liek 5 min then it shoudl be cooled and stuck
