there is a swap that makes you go up to 8400 rpm...i'm into racing, but that will lessen the life of your engine...maybe someone else can help you with the specs of this device...

i had a question i was thinking about the other day while i was driving. i have a 2002 gts and i want to get the ECU swap/knock sensor switch thing. but i want to know if any of the 7th generations will work or only 2000 and 2001? thanks for helping a bro out. thumbsup

There are a couple people on this board that did something to their ecu's, like a chip or something. They say that it works.

yeah, like a Jet Performance chip. Also, I'm sure if you bought a piggy-back fuel computer you can get some hp out of it if you take it to a dyno shop that has experience with that particular piggy-back. I'm not sure if it'll give you a higher red line, though.

I'd like to know that too. All of us 2002'ers got ripped.

im gonna go to a couple junk yards next weekend maybe to see if i can get me what i need. oh BTW what do i need? thanks again thumbsup
