This is the Third time my celica has been in an accident and i've owned it for about 14 months now. EVERY ACCIDENT MY CAR HAS BEEN PARKED. Seriously now, how can you not see a car thats not moving? Not only do they hit my car but its pretty extensive damage like they felt it rub against my back end and gave it some more gas. Im 23 and have been in 9 accidents. ALL NINE ACCIDENTS, MY CARS HAVE BEEN PARKED. Mostly they are just minor rubs and just paint over for a hundred or two hundred. Have one for 1,100 another for 900 and another for 400. Thats not just paint. Should i paint my car neon pink so people will see it better or something? I know that people are ignorant so im careful about where i park my car. Im gonna start bringing 4 road cones and block off where im parked. I can't believe that ALL of my accidents are from when im parked. the 9th one happened today and its the FIRST time someone left a note. Im so thankful they left a note and im going to get them the cheapest price possible. This person has got to be the coolest person to leave a note or they hit a lot of cars? I'll find out tomorrow when i call the number. anyways, WATCH OUT FOR THOSE PARKED CARS! they might jump out in front of you when you least expect it.

a very angered celly owner,

Brendan

i've lost count of my accidents, i think it is 'round six or something. however all of them have been "not at fault." two of those were when my car was parked though. lost my damn vis invader hood on the last one...

2K - a few random observations to perhaps help explain:

You live in Florida.
This is where old people go to die while avoiding the cold.
A LOT of old people.
But - they keep driving up until the time they die.
Deterioration of depth perception typically precedes death.
Depth perception deterioration and avoiding parked cars are mutually exclusive.

I was pulling into a street along with a person in front of me. They stopped before I even had a chance to get all the way onto the road and started to back into the street we were just on. Well guess what was right behind them???? me! The bashed into the front of the celi I had only had for 2 months, did $1500 worth of damage. fckjavascript:void(0)

Yeah old people can't drive. When i get old im gonna get a tai everywhere just to save people's lives! its a fact of nature that HEARING AND VISION go and mental cognition for interpreting many different variables is severely impaired. In lamus terms they just get SLOWER to react. My friends grandma totalled 2 cars in 6 months and bought a brand new lincoln and was backing out of a parking spot and somehow totalled a cop car. she lost her license though thank god. Yeah about that dude opening his door intentionally to hit your door. Tell him to come to new york in my hood. Us new yorkers will straight up pull in front of you and beat the crap out of you. 5 miles from where i live some dude got out of his car and killed someone in road rage. Yeah so now im in Florida and its sweet but people still can't drive

Talking of people hitting parked cars I don't understand how they do it in most cars unless they are paying no attention what so ever. Minds you I can believe it would be easy to bump a celica into someone else as they are really difficult to see out of due to serious lack of visibility especially out of the back.

Someone bumped a colleagues car in the company car park. They scratched & gouged all down the side, not a panel missed! Luckily the company agreed to pay for the damage which is thousands of pounds as no one would admit it. That is what pees me off most. If you hit someone's car it is your fault and you should hold your hands up and damn well pay for it. A lot of people in the world have no morals these days.

My celica isnt even 2 weeks old yet and I noticed some scratches on the front bumper (action package btw) About how much would that cost to fix a few lil scratches? Neways My viper alarm/remote start should be here soon than when someone touches my car I'll get paged and run out there no matter what I'm doing so I can catch them red handed!!

This is exactly why I try not to take my car out. A couple of months after I got my Kam kit I noticed some big ass scratches on the lower rear of the driver side rear bumper. I was so pissed. My advice is to try to park your car in the safest place possible. I don't just park my car anywhere.

I always park in the most distant part of the parking lot.

My car was parked and hit, so I know how you feel.

I wish people were just more careful.

I wish people had more respect for driving--and good drivers. Getting a license should be much more difficult--so it MEANS something.
