Did I get B-Sed

When I took my car in for service I asked about if the projector headlamps are supposed to be in a straight line, the guy told me toyota makes the projector headlamps so that they aim at the road right and not into traffic, in other words they're designed to be a little off. Is he B-Sing me, or is this for real. Other than that they took great care of my car.

no hes not bsing. the drives side will point a little downards and passenger side a little ahead of it. so you wont blind on coming drivers.

yeah that's right...it's not b-sing. that's the reason why JDM headlight aren't legal coz they are pointed a little bit outwards and could blindsight in coming traffic.
