Just wondering if any one on the forum has ever owned one, heard of one, or raced one. My friend is looking at getting one and from what I see it looks like a pretty nice car with some nice potential... any comments

Bora is Jetta in Europe/Asia. Not turbo.

They're really nice man...my sister has the new non-GLI 1.8T jetta and it is a really smooth ride with good pickup...and a friend of mine has a GLI and it's even better. Very good all around car...looks nice and clean...if u're into em...definitely a good buy thumbsup

If your friend can wait a bit longer, the 2006 Jetta is on its way. It suppose to be even faster then ever. Dunno if he'd like the new styling:

Yeah, I read about it. Nothing to be worried about, IMO. Another FWD compact sedan. It should be a pretty nice ride though. STyling has gone down though.

I dont like the new styling. I just like that turbo. I want one but I just cant find myself to part with the celi. They are so mean tho. Chipped would be my first mod then woot woot turbo upgrade. I was they made it AWD. I know they make the R32 but I hate the little high truck thing...whatever you call it...looks like a wagon or something thumbsdown
