I just installed my new B&M yesterday. All ive done is taken it for one ride and Its deffinity a lot different than stock. As I was installing I wondered what exactly needs to break in after the install. I heard that it wont have so much resistance after it breaks in. All the moving parts are the same as with stock. Also Ive been listening to the tranny a little closer and noticed that i have to retime my shifts to avoid my syncros kicking in. I think ill adjust fine and assuming it really does break in I think ill have a great time with it.
^^ the linkages aren't in the same place as with stock..THAT is what needs to be broken in. and rest assured, it will be. after i installed my b&m it took about a week or two to get a smoother shift feel from it.
