a few questions on an In-dash dvd/navi lcd

Hey guys'

Im new to the site, I have had my 2000 Celi GTS for about 9 months and im looking into getting a lcd for the dash.. im looking at the Pioneer AVIC-N1.

I was wondering how hard of an install this would be in a celi. I have instaled systems before but never a in dash dvd/lcd i know the celi has an amp that would need to be bypassed.. any and all info welcome..

also if anyone has or has seen the Pioneer AVIC-N1 please let me know what you think...

thanks ,

By far one of the, if not THE best unit out currently. Install is averagly difficult, check the install guide to see how to bypass your amp. The next thing is running wires to their specified location...which is in the box of directions. Next is to ground out the turquise wire so you can actually watch tv while driving. Most shops charge 150 for the install, but they will ground the turquise wire to the hand brake-making it not going unless its up. To bypass that all you need to do is take it and a screw and ground it to the chassis.
