I went to the body shop over lunch to get quotes for putting in GT2 vents (not NSX vents like everyone else) and as I'm walking up they are rolling out this bike that they just did...and it was just amazing! I asked about it, and the guy said that the used some House of Kolor Marblizer paint for the effects in the paint...It was amazing...I was wondering what everyone's thoughts would be about a painted on black veilside style graphic...but painted with the marblizer paint, not just flat black...and for those that don't know, my car is yellow.

that kind of paint does look sweet

keep that black to match everything else

It would be black but with a hint of an effect in it...something really subtle...I figured it would look better than it being a vinyl graphic anyway...and with GT2 vents I think it wouldn't be bad at all...

I would...I just thought it would be better than a veilside vinyl, and if I were having bodywork done anyway and they were gonna sand that area (GT2 vent install) then why not have them do this while they are at it...probably get x1 fenders at the same time too...it will save money from having to have everything re-painted if I choose this route

i would do it... it sounds cool thumbsup mine are painted on too... i say if you decide you don't want it anymore... then get it repainted... IMO vinyl would be just as permanent cause it looks like crap when you take them off... so you'd have to repaint it anyway

yeah, my celi is a daily... the vents cost me 200 and they want $500 straight ot for the install...It will probably happen in late march after I buy my girlfriend's engagement ring...and as for pics, they will look the same as the vents on the porsche Gt2...they are fiberglass,...and as of this post have not been delivered yet
