how are these fitting now a days? did they ever get the dimensions right and the scoops the right way? Im thinking about buying on when i get the FMIC installed. if it isnt right dimensions ill just go USDM alltrac Carbon Fiber hood.

Vent is still about 1 1/2 smaller than original But it's still a lot lighter and the vent still lets heat out. You can check my profile or homepage I got some pics of it there.

Ihave the seibon, and love it. I believer both are the same hood. Seibon makes around 90% of all Carbon Fiber hoods on the market, they just have a lot of distibutors under other names. I got mine from AFS Motorsports.

VIS has a bigger market then sibon better hoods too. they make a oem hood for the 5th gen celica.http://www.sportcompactonly.com/product.asp?prodid=2338&catid=27 o picture but thats it

but VIS doesnt make one with a scoop, i have an alltrac and it gets hot for sure.

custom fabricate a bigger hood scoop. but i dont know what the stress would be on the Carbon Fiber spineyes

Due to it being woven shouldn't be much stress at all.
