Celica Forums General Discussion General 2000 Celica Factory Recall!

For those of you that don't know yet Toyota has racalled all 2000 model year Celicas. I received a notice in the mail, if you have not yet received a notice I have posted it here on this thread all details are listed. You should be able to print it out on 8 1/2 X 11 paper if not e-mail me and I'll be happy to send you a printable copy.

What kind of action did they take. I just got my notice yesterday.

its just for the brakes...lol it is not for the whole car

i'm sure you knew that..but just the way you said it sounded like you mean the whole car.

Wow - this could actually be some helpful information in my case. I no longer have the car as I wrecked it.

The car was deemed a total loss, and now the insurance company has (or at least took possesion of it) the car. Should this be something I should bring to their attention???
