turbo upgrade, t3/t4 change the head to a 3rd gen head with bucket under the shims. cams not to aggressive. down pipe and full exhaust front mount intercooler and CAI
, upgrade fuel system to 720 cc injectors,throw that ecu out get a stand alone system (i used the sds system)dont forget fuel pump,act clutch 4 puck extreme pp, 50 shot nitrous for off the line spooling of turbo.(fuel pill 2 steps higher)
btw most of my internals were stock( except that after examining the bearings
we changed them (there is a company that we ordered some bearings from that worked very well) but of course i am going to tell you if you are going to change the head to a 3rd gen might as well you go forged pistons,rods,and a good crank.( the crank as far i know can take a lot of punishment though)
20k can get you into the 10s if you do your own work.
btw forgot the car overheats when you begin to modfiy heavy, change the radiator
the thermostat we took out and drilled holes around the inner lip so the water would start flowing sooner(something like a thermostat that opens at a lower temperature)
