supra question

my friend just bought 93 supra non-turbo,
yes non-turbo...
well its a same engine as turbo, so do you only need Intake manifold, header, ecu, and turbo to make that car turbo?
Or do you also need to change heads, piston, rod, crankshaft, and basically everything??
