well i wanna change my parking lights to a red but i was lookin at the reflection on a minivan infront of me and noticed that my parking lights were on.. if im not mistaken aren't the high beams suppose 2 be my drls? i looked and only my parking lights were on... i have a 05 celi

yes the highbeam are your DRL

I discovered that myself last night. I always thought Dept. of Transportation required them to me amber?

yes the highbeam are your DRL during the day only my parking lighs are on.. not my highbeams

yeah your DRL's are your high beams and operate at half power.
