The only real difference is if you get a TRD
3 point or Hypermotive 3 point rear strut bar. It's know (do a search not even Celica related) that a front strut bar alone will add more understeer to a FWD car. If that's what your looking for.
The front bar will work for any wheel/tire size. Doesn't matter. If going for looks alone definitely the front will work and look good. If going for looks and some chasis reinforcements get the front upper (APC), back upper (TRD
or Hypermotive 3 point), and front lower like Cusco. Then you are good to go for now.
I once had the Hotchkis bar and still have it not installed and I liked the "sharpness" it gave my car. My car never handled so good as with that bar and coilovers until it all went to s$$t.
