I'm on vacation from work for an entire week, which means I have a lot of time to sleep in the morning and party at night with my friends. However, other than that I have nothing to do in the afternoons because everyone is still working. Therefore, I decided to put some wrench time on my Celica. Here are some pictures of my Vacation MOD's and pictures of my Celica. By the way, my vacation started yesterday so I will be putting more MOD's during the week. I will post more pictures along the way.

Everyone has asked me to post pics of my Celica and here they are. The reason why I didn't post before was because I wanted to keep it a secret. grin I have a lot of stuff but don't have the time and cash to install. To answer your second question I have 2 complete body kits (Kaminari & Veilside). I couldn't make up my mind in the beginning. Finally, decided to put on the Veilside and sell the Kaminari. cry

yes you have to solder off the stock LED's and solder on new LED's that are blue, red, whatever color...

Install is extremly easy. It will take you 5 minutes. All you do is pull to remove and push back in to install. It's attached by 5 plastic screws or atleast they look like screws..

alright Stun..how hard was it to change the LED's for the fuel meter?
Because I am changing all my interior lighting to red...and that plus the clock would be orange...
if you think I could do it...then should i make it red?
oh and I think I know how to change the clock color... grin grin grin grin
I want everything red...my gauges are blue with my blitz that light up with illumination that are white... grin grin

white would be sweet man...
if white is sold...
there are links for what to buy on www.teamcelica.com [teamcelica.com] i think...at least I saw them there...
oh wait...I bookmarked them..
http://www.lvcm.com/seanyiya/public/led_store/
that's where to buy themm...

here is for install...
http://www.lvcm.com/seanyiya/public/led/install/

oh and for the center console lighting...
you can buy Testors clear paint...
take off the orange or green color that is stock with paint remover or a nail polish remover with acetone in it...or some of the LED's have covers that just slide off...
do that, then you just paint the clear paint on...
this is what I am doing. grin grin grin grin
all red interior lighitng with blue gauges is what I am aiming for... grin grin grin

It is extremely easy. It was the first time I soldered in my life and it was a piece of cake. I only have three advises to give you. First, make sure you follow the instructions from Sean's website. Second, if you don't already have the soldering pencil. Go to Radio Shack and purchase the highest wattage Soldering Pencil they have in stock. Trust me make sure it's the highest wattage because the solder cools down really quickly. Third, make sure you take your time. If you have any questions don't hesitate, just ask...

Also, let me know if your theory of changing the clock's color works because I want to change the color sooooo bad.

Stock Celica needles. I just cleared them out with some rubbing alcohol. If you are planning to clear them out, don't use anything strong than rubbing alcohol because they will melt in front of your eyes. Trust me this happened to my friends Integra needles. I cleared them so they would light up blue at night. They light up a lot at night but the night shot came out extremely bad. confused

Correct. Either use Alcohol or Nail Polish Remover. It comes right off. Like I stated before don't use anything stronger.

This is what you need.
1. Rag or old T-Shirt
2. Clean towel
3. Rubbing Alcohol or Nail Polish Remover (Quicker Results)

This is what I did.
Pour some Nail Polish Remover on the Rag and whipe the backside of the Needle. (NOT THE FRONT) The paint comes right off. Make sure once you whipe the needle with the Rubbing Alcohol or Nail Polish Remover. You clean it right after with the clean towel because you don't want to burn the needle. I would recommend the towel being moist. You will notice you are burning the needle when it starts turning white. Keep on doing this until the needle turns clear.
