Polargs and PIAAS, PIAAS are pricey but good top quality. Or you can go with Ecelica stores MTEC package  Good luck!

PIAA all the way ; I would sugest for the little city lights, go on bay and search
(194 Matrix) it is 5 leds (4 facing 360 tirections and 1 facing forward.) You will get an amazing constant color and great brightness
