i found the write-up for which bulbs you need and how to change them and all that. but how do you actually get inside the headlights to change them out? i've had some turn signal bulbs for like 6 months i think it's about time i finally install them. someone told me you have to take off the front bumper to get to the headlights. i hope and think that isn't true.

u dont need to take out the headlights to install the turn signal. The turn signal is one of the easiest to change out.

Yeps. The turn signals right? I changed mine out back in the day before I knew anything about cars. It is basically easily accessible. Just cut one of the nips from the bulbs before installing them.

You Swift, do you have the manual book for the celica? theres an illustrated guide on how to remove the bulbs - all of them. the only one that is hard is the lowbeam - there's less space for your hands.
I've mastered the art of the After Image Technique.

no one will help me until they see the instructions on how to get to the bulbs. all we can find is how to put them in once you're in the bulb.
