check the motor that controls that and see if it's working properly or if something is preventing the light from going down.

do you have any idea where the motor for the headlight would be located and could it possibly be a circuit breaker.

lol, pirate boy grin tongue wink

ummmmmm...I don't think it would be a fuse or circuit... cause then both of ur lights would be up, lol. Has ur light been like that since you got it? Without knowing much abt how long or n e thing else... do you have a pic? Make sure ur hood is on straight... I know that may sound weird, but if ur hood is crooked for some reason, it could be holding the light up... try pushing it LIGHTLY while someone turns of the lights... also... does it sound like there is grinding? if so, the motor is fine, it's jsut blocked by something, lol. pop ur hood and check around the light to make sure nothing is in there stopping it... I know one time we accidentilly left a screw driver in the way of my gts light and it wouldn't go down... then we saw the screwdriver rofl buuuut, make sure the light itself is straight, the hood as well... look at both sides of the light... that is where the motor is, it turns a lil dial type screw thing that puts ur light down... if I can help n e more, let me know.

well... I know ppl that have older celicas... sooo, i don't really know of any stores... ugh... lol... I'd check to see if anyone on www.celica.net [celica.net] or www.alltrac.net [alltrac.net] to see if anyone is parting out 4th gens... I'll keep my eye out... I know a stuck light is annoying, lol
