so my mom's car got stolen a couple days ago from a local parking lot. she was fine and all but what was weird to me was she wasnt even pissed. she mainly questioned why anyone would steal her 95 civic 4 door when there was nice bmw right next to hers. also, the car was nearly on empty when they took it lol. police and i said its much easier to steal a civic than a bmw. she wasnt so much worried about the car but rather what was inside of it, namely our garage door opener and the papers in the glove box. today we got a call from the police saying they found the car and it finally returned home. when we got it back we laughed a bit cause of the stuff those f*ckers stole. they took floormats, all the spare change, all the pens, and her sunglasses. wow how sad and pathetic do you have to be to take those?!?! lol. anyway, the car seems fine except for some dents on the hood and some minor damage to the ignition. its doubtful the ones who did it will be caught, but who knows. i was pretty pissed when i heard the civic was gone. thats the first car i drove around in and its a f*ckin trooper, 160k+ miles and still goin! grin

That is so pathetic. That was probably their first attempt. I hope they get caught soon.

reason why they steal a civic is because easier to steal and lots of demand on the parts. camry, civic, these types of cars are actually hot items to steal
