Took a while (thank God my Dad helped me because I got lost at some points; my dad pretty much did the whole thing!), but it was well worth it. The throws are so damn short that it had me wondering if I was even in the right gear when I would upshift.

One question I have though is that is it supposed to be really stiff/hard to shift. I mean you have to have a decent amount of force to shift with this thing. I still love it though!

Supposedly with a SS, it is stiffer when compared to stock, but it feels better than rowing..

i was havin the same feelings as you except i was wanting a more stiffer direct shift, also it should get easier as you get used to it and it takes more strength but you have less of a distance to move your arm as a whole. and i found mine for 129 shipped off claremont. my favorite mod so far i get a lot of compliments from mechanics who drive it

your making the trow shorter so it will be stiffer that and the houseing that holds the shifter will slowly loosen up and be alil smoother
