Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior HELP WITH TWM SS INSTALL PLEASE!

I already got the twm shifter in but now I need to figure out the correct way to put on the spring (see attached picture). Which way does it bend or connect????

i see you did it already but just put it back the way you took it out and put the new clip on

^^ exactly.

just like that..just push the part with the spring in until the rod pokes out the other side (you may need to play with it a little for the holes to match up).

once the rod pokes through, put the clip (looks like a washer with grooves on the inside) on to keep it from getting loose
