ok , its definitly not b/c of tire wear. but at 30mph the entire car vibrates and rattles everything. heres the whole story maybe this will help. a few weeks ago i bumbed into a curb with my wheels cocked to the right, the curb was also on the right. there was snow on the ground and i barely hit the curb only leaving gash on the rim but no other noticable damage. i seriously was almost to a complete stop by the time i hit the curb. so i take it in to the shop and they are like you have a bent rim. so im like fine, i ordered 2 stock gts rims with toyo proxes. (one which had noticable tire wear on the inside) had them installed on the front. now im getting this terriable vibration and the tires are so loud that i cant even hear engine rpm. you think i messed up a ball joint or something? im no mecanic. but before i got the new wheels and tires i had them put what i was supposed to be the bent rim on the back of the car and the one from the back on the front. when i did this the car drove almost normal. which is way better than now. This would mean what? im not sure, either something is wrong with the new rims and tires or i messed something else up, like control arm or ball joint? any info will help. the stearing wheel doesnt really wobble or anything.
thanks,
rick

Try switching front-for-back again with the new wheels. Maybe the new wheels are messed up or out of balance.

if you're car make like a plane sound it's surely the bearing which broke or maybe the tire is deformed ...

i had a similar problem and i had a belt busted in the tire, from a pothole, This was the problem the wheel would shake like crazy as soon as the tires started to move. At any speed, but at 100+ it would even out and not do it, dont try this, but you could have ur old tires put on the new rims. Good luck!
